Hi, I’m Megan! I created The Exciting Job Search after 9+ years of experience in career counseling, coaching, teaching, and higher education. I don’t just care about your job search - I care about you.

I hold a Master’s in Career Counseling and serve as an Assistant Director of Graduate Career and Professional Development at the University of Denver, where I work with graduate students in their job search and career development.

With over 3,000 hours of coaching experience, I’ve helped clients break through stagnant job search strategies, and I’ve supported professionals across industries and career levels.

I’m a proud member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the Colorado Career Development Association (CCDA), and I bring extensive training in resumes, LinkedIn, interviews, negotiation, DEIB, and mindset management.
